Fox Expert evaluates the prominent skills in expert roles.
Behaviors and approaches in areas such as analytical thinking, task follow-up, solution generation, technical depth, learning agility, stakeholder communication, and corporate culture fit are analyzed holistically.
If the company has an existing competency set, the process is conducted based on it; otherwise, foxhr's specific assessment framework for expert roles is used as a basis.

How does the evaluation process work?
The Fox Expert program is a compact assessment scheduled for less than a half-day, from 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
It is conducted either online or in-person, with two senior foxhr consultants present at every step.

The program aims to multi-dimensionally evaluate the individual's contribution level, professional demeanor, analytical approach, and communication styles.
What do the report outputs include and when are they shared?
Individual and corporate reports are delivered to the company on the business day following the assessment.
The report provides a detailed overview of the candidate's strengths, areas for development, suitability for technical positions, and affinity for corporate culture.
Upon request, a feedback session can be scheduled with foxhr consultants.

How does the feedback process work?
Feedback is provided by foxhr consultants, tailored specifically for both the company and the candidate:
- Company feedback: In a meeting held after the assessment, the expertise profile and potential for internal contribution are shared.
- Candidate feedback: Awareness of development areas is increased through an optional one-on-one session.

All assessments are conducted with at least two senior foxhr consultants.
foxhr consultants are internationally accredited professionals with experience evaluating expert roles in different sectors and a background of at least 2,000+ managerial evaluations.
At foxhr, every activity is carried out with a consultant; no assessment is performed without one.
